WA BCI Forum Meeting - May 2010
The most recent WA BCI Forum meeting was held on Thursday 27th May from 8:00 am – 9:30 am. Despite the inclement weather, over 60 people attended the Forum.

WA BCI Forum Launch
The Western
Australian (WA) BCI Forum was successfully launched in Perth on 22nd March 2010 with a half-day
symposium that drew over 80 participants from 56 public and private sector
organisations.
Six speakers
presented papers on pandemic preparedness and response, lessons learned in
implementing BCM, BCM risks in Asia and their impact on global businesses, and
governance, risk and business continuity.
The event also
attracted 56 people to apply to become Affiliate Members of BCI. Following
the symposium, 40 participants attended 3 half-day workshops on an introduction
to BCM, pandemic planning and plan testing.
